The idea for this collection came about last year as I experimented with collage. The shapes in the collages inspired a series of drawings, which inspired these monochrome paintings. There is a night-time, dream like element to these works. This painting was created with acrylic paint, and  a silver colored pencil on paper, 11”x 14” - Each work was gessoed several times on both sides of the paper to create a texture that is unique to each painting. White frame included. Signed on the back. If the painting is to be shipped outside of Canada, please click on “Contact the Artist” above this description for cost of shipping to your location.
